Usually, every operator is either good in import or export but we manage to educate our team to have the same leveled knowledge on both import and export. Our multi-cultural staff includes native Japanese, American, Taiwanese, and Chinese. Their language skills greatly help in ensuring optimal communication at all parts of the process.
