Freetime - 14 Days 

1- BAF/CAF charges are included and are MGCLS= valid at the time of shipment. Quotation is subject to BAF,CAF, GRI, PSS or any other emergency

surcharge which might be implemented by carrier.

2- The quotation is subject to space and equipment availability as final confirmation is given before booking.

3- If customs inspection is occured at transshipment port, inspection charges will be on shipper's account.

4- Above mentioned transit time is estimated and subject to weather conditions, traffic routes, congestion, strike , operation time, etc..

5- The quotation is not valid for personal effect, military goods, intransit goods and re-export shipments.

6- The quotation is valid for standart dimension and verified gross mass.

7- Out of gauge (OOG) and Reefer shipments are subject to equipment and space availability .

No storage free time is provided at port of loading.

8- Unless otherwise mentioned, Hammock, lashing and securing fee are not included for OOG shipments.

9- Regarding with IMO shipments; it is necessary that IMO standart stickers must be implied to the all sides of container which is under shipper’s

responsibility. Cargo-declaration form must be filled in and provided by shipper before booking.

10- IMO cargo is subject to carrier's approval and acceptance.

11- As per B/L rules, if empty container is not be delivered to the agent of carrier by consignee in free time, all expenses will be on consignee's account.

12- 12 hours free time for stuffing thereafter 150 USD (125 EUR) / 12 hours as truck detention will be charged.

13- FCL container stuffing, Cargo lashing and securing is under shipper's responsibility. Shipper’s load stowed
