For warehouse/terminal services, we need:

•             Warehouse to confirm package details / Weight package, for this we’ll need pictures of individual box on a scale.

•             Check the packages for any damage and if the shipping marks/number of volumes are in accordance with the invoice & packing list. PO details on the box must be visible, if not readable then we’ll need a picture of the PO and one pic of the scale reading alternatively a weight slip including PO No + weight.

•             Confirm if the wooden package (s)/ dunnage are treated and certified by ISPM 15 and duly stamped for HT and/or with IPPC/ logo; we’ll need pictures of fumigation stamps from 5 sides ( 4 sides + top)

•             Provide pictures of the cargo prior to the shipment departure in order to confirm that the packages have gone thru the above instructions.
