We have a enquiry from the UK to delivered Peru that I am looking for assistance with.

A client of ours here in the UK is wanting to ship his ocean rowing boat, some spares and 350 days of ration packs (dried food) to Peru where he will depart on a journey across the pacific with the end goal of arriving in Northern Australia.

The shipment will be 1 x 40ft HC container, approx. 2500kgs so light,

The client is looking to set off from a marina in the town of Ilo in the South or Peru near the border with Chile, and would ideally like the container dropped to ground for unloading,

Are you able to help with customs formalities, do you see any issues importing this type of product?

If you could advise on any potential customs issues/concerns and idea of pricing involved that would be great, also what destination port would be best to ship container to?
